NOTICE OF LIEN '
(Claim of the City of Lake Elsinore)

Pursuant to the authority vested by the provisions of Chapter 8.18.050 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal
Code, the City of Lake Elsinore did on or about the 29th day of January, 1992, caused the property hereinafter
described to be rehabilitated or the building, structure or fence on the property be repaired or demolished in
order to abate a public nuisance on the real property. The City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore did on
the 4th day of March, 1992, assess the cost of such abatement upon the property and the same has not been
paid or any part thereof. The City of Lake Elsinore does hereby claim a lien for such rehabilitation, repair
or demolition in the amount of the assessment, to wit the sum of$6,772.00, the same shall be a lien upon the
real property until paid in full and discharged of record.
The real property hereinabove mentioned and upon which the lien is claimed, is that certain parcel of
land lying and being in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of California, particularly
described as follows:
