HomeMy WebLinkAboutDear Chris AdamsDear Chris Adams: This letter is in response to your Special Event Questions and Comments notice dated March 13, 2024. - As in years past, the Beer Garden is the entire vendor area, which is completely enclosed with barricades with 2 entry and exit points on either side. o If you refer to the map, the black lines are the barricades, the red arrows are the entry/exit points. Additionally, the area that does not contain barricades is already fenced with chain link fencing which completes the entire enclosed area. o The fenced area is approximately 77,702 sqft according to google maps measurement tools. o At least 1 canopy will be erected of 20’ x 40’ with standard foldable tables and chair inside the green area noted on the map below. - A detailed overview of the Carnival area is attached along with destination and specs of rides and generators. - At this time, the only cooking vendor is a Da Big Show BBQ. They own a restaurant called “The Jerk”. They have a self contained food truck. Their website is https://thejerkje.com/ for more information. If we bring on other food vendors, we will only allowed licensed, ensured and self contained food trucks. - Electricity will be provided only to vendors who request access. The power poles in the parking lot already offer available 110 power. - If we use a stage, it will consist of a stage sized at 26'w x16'd x3'h. It will be located either where we currently have vendor booths planned for spaces 1 through 4 or on the right side of the map where there are two blue squares. - The only generators that we plan to use will be in the carnival area. All other power already exists on site. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach me on my cell at 951-906- 9171 or email me at Jason@ihitprint.com Sincerely, Jason Devor
