After payment of this years tax bill he would have 5 years left. His initial year was FY 2005-06 and his final year is FY 2029-30.

Good Afternoon Jason,
We have reviewed the calculation on Mr. Kilroy’s parcel (363365048) and the calculation is correct. The parcel is being levied consistent with Category V in the RMA which is for 25 years. Below is a
breakdown of the calculation so you are aware.
As you are aware the bonds for CFD 90-2 matured on October 1, 2024. We are continuing to levy against the remaining parcels up to their 25 years maturity, and these proceeds will be applied to
improvements.
