As I mentioned this was a Bonded CFD that matured last month and the levy for this CFD should have not been submitted to the tax roll. The City of Lake Elsinore requested that we remove the tax enrollment for this CFD. All APNs in the attached listing have at least one installment still due from the latest paid report summary. The City will reimburse, in full, the parcels that have already paid both installments. Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information. If approved approximately how long will the request take so we can inform the City on timing. We truly appreciate your attention to this matter.
