Dear Jason, Shannon, Bob, and Natasha:
Thank you for the opportunity to meet today. Your time and insights are invaluable, and our discussion left me both
inspired and optimistic about the future possibilities for collaboration.
I am particularly encouraged by Mr. Magee's suggestion regarding the "reset button." After a detailed conversation
with Jason and hearing Bob's perspective, it's clear that prioritizing transparency and effective communication aligns
well with our values as small business owners. These principles are fundamental to the ethical standards we
maintain in our operations and contribute significantly to our positive reputation within the valley.
One of the most significant challenges we faced this past year was communication. There were concerns about
overstepping, which sometimes hindered our ability to resolve issues efficiently. However, with our new clear
direction and communication policy, and understanding the proper chain of command, we are confident that future
interactions will be much more productive and respectful of established boundaries.
As with any relationship, be it business or personal, conflicts and challenges are inevitable. Yet, we believe that by
consistently returning to the table with a focus on what is best for the business and each other, we can find common
ground and move forward constructively.
With this foundation, we are eager to explore how the City of Lake Elsinore can partner with and support the Family
Fun Fest / Riverside County Fair. Our vision is to transform the Family Fun Fest into a signature destination event
for SW Riverside County, creating a lasting impact on the community and local economy. We believe that hosting
this event in Lake Elsinore not only meets many of our strategic goals but also provides an opportunity to infuse the
event with unique local flavors, enhancing its appeal and relevance.
We welcome the chance to continue this dialogue and identify ways we can grow together. Your support and
collaboration could play a transformative role in realizing our ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond.
Thank you once again for your time and the insightful discussion. I look forward to our continued conversations and
the exciting potential they hold. If you have any questions, my personal cell phone is 847-907-0165.
Warm regards,
Alex Kowalkoski
