Dear Mr. Thompson,
Pursuant to your request, I have visited the site and found that the Keystone wall as
installed adjacent to the driveway, west and south of the proposed garage is in
conformance with manufacturers specifications. It is founded on compact gravel and sandy
soil and contains geogrids at the specified intervals. It is therefor approved from a
geotechnicai and civil engineering standpoint provided the maximum height of 4.25 feet is
not exceeded. Attached is the specifications page from the manufacturer.
