Yes F--L No If yes, please see page 2. Project Description: See MSHCP Consistency Analysis JPR Deposit: Prior to commencement of JPR, payment of the $1,500 deposit must be made. The deposit is to cover the cost of RCA's review. If RCA's costs exceed $1,500, applicant will be billed for the additional amount. If RCA's costs are less than $1,500, applicant will be refunded the remaining balance of the deposit. Checks should be made payable to the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority, and the check memo must include a project number. JPR application materials will not be reviewed until full deposit is made. Attach all relevant reports/permittee findings to this form. Submittals must include a digital copy of project documentation (consistency analysis, DBESP if required) and shapefiles depicting proposed development, conservation, mitigation areas and any offsite improvements. These incentives may include, but shall not be limited to, the waiver and/or reduction of certain development fees, monetary compensation for entering into an option agreement, fast track processing, density bonuses, clustering, density transfers (and property reassessment and tax credits if determined to be feasible)....However, property owners shall not be provided monetary compensation (but may be eligible for other incentives) for property which would normally be set aside as part of the County's or Cities'entitlement process..." Permittees are not required to provide incentives. What incentives, if any, are proposed by the Permittee for MSHCP conservation lands as part of the entitlement process?
