Q Fire Sprinkler Inspection
The permanent water system, access roadways, street signs and secondary access, shall be completed
prior to inspection. Permanent water systems shall be installed in accordance with both water purveyor's
and the Fire Department's approved water system plans. All locked gates shall be equipped with an
approved Knox lock entry system. Building permits will not be released until access and water
requirements are met.
Tract water system verification fees are as follows; $30.00 per lot with a $149.00 minimum inspection fee.
For lots that have paid the $30 per lot inspection fee and fail inspection there will be a $149 re-inspection
fee to be paid prior to the next inspection.
Fire sprinkler inspections require that the plans are approved prior to inspection, an inspection fee of
$149 is paid in advance, and the job card is available onsite during inspection.
