The last of Natural Open Space on Grand Avenue is under attack by developers and Ciry Officials who allow them to
construct more buildings that block views, over crowd stores, schools, roads, public gatherings, dangerous Fireworks
events....
This property has a Wild Native tree Forest that is Native Habitat for Kangaroo Rat, Bells Vrreo Riparian Trees, and is all
the way to the Natural Wonder of Lake Elsinore and should not have any more buildings. This developer has no vision of
leaving the last spaces to view the Lake without having to look around rooftoops and buildings
140 Condos is a non-essential attack on the use of wood, aggregate, copper, for stick built housing . If you need housing
for people who are homeless and been here for ten years or more should be remodeled Vons and the Wal Mart on
Grape Street. The last thing Elsinore needs is anything that brings in more oeople
This particular corner has had many wrecks and Condos attract young people who don't always have safety in mind
when behind the wheel. This bend in Riverside drive will add 2000 more car and truck traffic a day and will gravely
impact the Four Corners and the 1-15 and the Ortega. Four Corners is so high density traffic at Peak Times.
How did you bring this forward when Pechanga Tribe is still negotiating with the City and Riverside County about
destroying a Flood Plain next to a major State Lake water way
Many Endangered and other wildlife feed in the vernal pools on the Fairy Shrimp and the Nature and Recreation are a
high draw for tourist revenue. You are paving over the reason people visit Lakr Elsinore. There are plenty of rental
hosing for those who want to stay.
This project will have Negative impacts on Cultural. Historicl-,geological and soils and Biological resources plus air quality,
GHG gases, toxic run off into the Lake. With more heat from more housing there will be less water and lighter
concentration of impacting runof
I beg you to reconsider anymore building between the Lake and foothills or Corydon. You are in charge of the gate of.
Natural Wonder the Great Lake Elsinore. Honor the Lake as Natives have for Millenniums....
It is over Elsinore, you are built out0000000
