Add the fact that Lansing connected Lake Street to Nichols Road and NOW Alberhill (Multiple Developers) & Terracina to the mix that are generating TONS of traffic that should pay for the IMPACT on that intersection including Signalization. Then you have Warehouses and potentially a 7-11 and WHY would they be paying for those improvements?? Maybe some sort of Fair Share might be appropriate!!
