The intersection of Collier Avenue and Nichols Road has needed upgrades and a signal for YEARS!!
Add the fact that Lansing connected Lake Street to Nichols Road and NOW Alberhill (Multiple
Developers) & Terracina to the mix that are generating TONS of traffic that should pay for the IMPACT
on that intersection including Signalization.
Then you have Warehouses and potentially a 7-11 and WHY would they be paying for those
improvements??
Maybe some sort of Fair Share might be appropriate!!

Kim,
Speaking to Jason and engineering, they said that a signal and road widening (street
improvements) would be required….
