Good morning Johnny,
I have been informed from Storm Stadium that the City of Lake Elsinore will be hosting an event in
the parking lot on 8/24/24. If this event will offer food/beverages to the public then a permit will
need to be obtained by This department. I have included the permitting process below. I’m not
sure if you are the contact for this event, but if not can you please provide the organizers contact
information. Please provide an update.
Required Documents (submit 2 weeks prior to the event):
1. Temporary Use Permit – Obtain event approval from the city. If the event is in an
unincorporated area or county area, obtain from County Planning (951-955-3200)
planning@rivco.org and/or County Land Use (951-955-8980).
2. Community Event Application – See attached. –
3. Coordinator’s Application – See attached. Organizer’s Fee listed on application will be
charged if application/permit fee is obtained less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
4. Operators Agreement Form - Required to be submitted at the same time as all
paperwork. COLLECT ALL agreements from vendors and provide to a member of this
department
Once you have completed the applications, operator agreement you can e-mail me
all the paperwork listed above and pay the associated permit fee with a credit card
over the phone (there is a %2.37 fee for paying with credit card), or you can deliver
all the paperwork to the office ( address is 30135 Technology Drive, Ste. 250
Murrieta 92563) and pay for the permit then.
