A Zone Change proposes to modify the existing Zoning Designations from Commercial Office (CO), and Rural Mountainous Residential (RMR) to Limited Manufacturing (M-1), Open Space (OS), and Medium Density Residential (R-2). The applicant also requests approval for a Conditional Use Permit and Industrial Design Review to develop and operate four (4) warehouse buildings including one(1)247,980 sq.ft.building,one(1)239,700 sq.ft building, one (1)27,600 sq. ft. building, one (1)39,780 sq. ft building and related site improvements. The proposed Tentative Tract Map No. 38897 proposes to subdivide the approximately 61- acre site into five(5)legal parcels ranging in size from 5.12-acres to 21.58-acres, public right of way dedications, and one (1)0.16-acre remainder parcel.
