Recommendation
Accept the improvements for the Serenity Park Fitness Trail project completed by Cotter
Construction and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder.
Background
The City Council approved a contract with Cotter Construction for the work specified in the above
reference. All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The City has received
final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact.
