10.FIRF-.999 PC - #02 — Approved Systerns IN EFFECT
All of the following conditions titled "Prior to Final Inspection" and/or any type of tire
suppression systems must be reviewed, inspected and approved by the Riverside CountyFireDepartmentpriortoBuildingSafety's final inspection. The Fire Department letter of
conditions, job card and approved plans must be at the job site for all inspections.
10-FIRE.999 PC - #17 —Separation of Occupancy IN EFFECT
A fire barrier wall for the separation of occupancies is required per the California BuildingCode.
10-FIRF-.999 PC - #25 — Gate Entrances IN EFFECT
Gate openings shall be as wide as the minimum 20 foot required width of the access
lane(s) entering and exiting the development. Gates shall be located at least 35 feet into
the development property to allow a vehicle to stop without obstructing traffic on the road.

The site address shall be clearly posted at the job site entrance during construction. This
will enable incoming emergency equipment and inspectors to locate the job site from the
assigned street. Numbers shall be a minimum of 24 inches in height.

80.FIRE-999 TIPC - #05 — Plan Check Fee MET FPARC 6566-1
Tenant Improvement plans have been reviewed, however, a separate plan check deposit
based fee of $696.00 made payable to the Riverside County Fire Department, in the form
of a check or money order only, must be submitted to the Fire Department. Fire
Department "Submittal Form" must be completed along with payment. Available on line at

90. PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION
90-FIRF-999 TIPC - #06A — Adjust Sprinkler System IN EFFECT
The fire sprinkler system within the building or tenant space was approved for the original
layout and commodities of the original or a Past occupancy, The sprinkler system will
need to be modified and designed in accordance with adopted standards, A licensed C-16
contractor shall do all sprinkler work and/or certification. Plans, along with the current
deposit based fee, shall be submitted to the Fire Department for review and approval priortoInstallation.
90-FIRE-999 TIPC - #0613 — Title 19 Fire Sprinkler Certification IN EFFECT
A five year sprinkler service arid certification for the existing sprinkler system is required
per Title 19. A licensed C-16 contractor must complete the servicing and certification,
Documentation of completed work must be submitted to the Fire Department. The
maintenance records for the sprinkler system must be provided prior to plan checkapproval.
90-FIRE-999 TIPC - #07 — Designated Fire Lanes IN EFFECT
Existing fire lanes shall be maintained and additional fire lanes may be required, Contact
the Fire Department for guidance and any plan requirements. The current deposit based
plan check fee Is $212-00
90-FIRE.999 TIPC #08A — Extinguishers — Minimum IN EFFECT
Install a Portable fire extinguisher, with a minimum rating of 2A-1 OBC, for every 3,000 sq. ft. and/or 75 feet of travel distance. Fire extinguishers shall be mounted no higher than 5 ft
above finished floor, as measured to the top of the extinguisher. Where not readily visible, signs shall be posted above all extinguishers to indicate their locations, Extinguishers
must have current CSFM service tags affixed; or within one year of from the date of monthandyearofmanufacture. (NOTE: If only a year of manufacture is indicated, maintenance
shall be due January 1' of the year following.)

The occupancy stated requires the Installation of automated external defibrillator in
accordance with California Assembly Bill 1507,
90-FIRE.999 PC - #013 — Flame Retardant Decorative Materials and Certificate IN EFFECT
Submit to the Fire Department flame-retardant certification(s) by applicator or
manufacturer, along with CSFM Listing, for all decorative materials used in this facility.
Samples of flame-retardant material(s) may be required for flame spread testing. All
required treated materials must have a current CSFM approval tag affixed to each item or
panel.
90-FIRE,999 PC - #014 — Display Address — Suites IN EFFECT
In multi -tenant buildings. lettering a minimum of 6" in height shall be posted with business
names and suite numbers/letters on front and back doors. All addressing must be legible,
of a contrasting color with the background and adequately illuminated to be visible from
the street at all hours, All lettering shall be to Architectural Standards.
90-FIRE-999 PC - #016 — Occupant Load Sign IN EFFECT
Room occupancy load, as approved by the Building Official, shall be posted in a
conspicuous place near the main exit from the room(s). The location shall be approved by
the Fire Department. Posting shall be by means of an approved durable sign having a
contrasting color from the background to which It Is attached. The owner shall maintain
signs in a legible manner. No person shall deface, remove or change the occupant load
on the sign except as authorized by the Building Official and/or Fire Department.
90-FIRE.999 PC - #0?7 — Egress Door Hardware IN EFFECT
All egress door hardware shall comply with the California Building code.
90-FIRE-999 PC — Final Inspection IN EFFECT
