Line A will commence at the Avenue 2 and Mill Street intersection, head west to Avenue 1 and head south on Avenue 1 to Park Way. Line A will then head west on Park Way until it will head south on High Street before heading west on Lakeshore Drive. Line A will then join two existing 36" pipes with a junction structure on Lakeshore Drive.There will be various roadway rehabilitation treatments, including grind and overlay and street reconstruction. Streets receiving paving treatments are Mill Street,Avenue 1, Avenue 2, Park Way and Lakeshore Drive.
