I just emailed Jason and Justin but should have asked you... so we will be having them sign the original, notarize and send to City Hall... should those come to you at this point (they will be only executed on one side)… we have decided to NOT take these to City Council UNTIL the cannabis folks have executed completely on their side. (If they go to you, I will need your help in letting me know when each arrive, there will be about 10 of them at this point and potentially 2 more in a couple months). mb. Domen, MMC <sdomen@lake-elsinore.org> Cc: David Mann <david@ceqa.com> Subject: Development Agreement Documents Susan, Quick question... so I am about to send out some Development Agreements on Cannabis for signature from the applicants... how many ORIGINALS do you desire to be signed/notarized? David Mann is thinking just one as duplicate originals are difficult to handle, especially in age of electronic documents. Do note that we are requiring them to have these notarized. Thanks in advance for your response. mb. Michael Bracken, Managing Partner & Chief Economist Development Management Group, Inc.
