Good Day. Couple items for you.
1. Planning Commission Meeting is set for Tuesday November
20, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the Lake Elsinore Cultural Arts Center. It is
located at 183 North Main Street (about 3 blocks North of City Hall
on opposite side of the street). The meeting will include a “Public
Hearing” on your proposed application. Note that the full Agenda
for the meeting will be posted either Thursday or Friday (11/15 or
11/16). The Agenda and documents will be on the City website.
2. City Council Meeting is tentatively set for Tuesday December
11, 2018. This meeting is held in the same location as Planning
Commission but is one hour later (7:00 pm). Again it is a “Public
Hearing”
3. Attached to this email is the Development Agreement between
you (the legal entity) and the City of Lake Elsinore. Please note
that this is being presented to you after extensive communication
between you (again your legal entity) as the applicant and the City
of Lake Elsinore. This included a Deal Points Memorandum, Draft
Agreement, Draft-Final Agreement and now a “Final” Agreement.
Please note that the Agreement isn’t technically final unless/until
the City Council takes formal action of such.
4. We do ask that if there are any corrections in terms of names
or addresses to let us know as soon as possible. We have utilized
the information provided to date (from the Secretary of State,
governing documents you have provided and the like).
I will generally NOT be available on Tuesday 11/13/18 and again on
Wednesday 11/14/18 in person or by phone, though I will have (limited)
email contact as I have a client commitment that will have me out of the
office and in meetings.
At this point in the process, we ask that you consider signing this
Agreement (you will see it requires a Notary) and sending back to the City
of Lake Elsinore as soon as you can so that we have it at the City no later
than Monday 11/19/18. The City ONLY NEEDS ONE ORIGINAL, no
copies need.. just ONE ORIGINAL.
When sending (or delivering) please follow these instructions so we can
easily track receipt:
