Remove and replace all broken windows, windows in bedrooms must meet min. size requirements for emergency escape. 2. It appears that portions of the house (at the rear) do not have a foundation, provide plans showing what you will do to achieve a foundation that meets the current building code. 3. Electrical conduit is running through portions of the siding, remove and install correctly. 4. Pieces of the siding have been rotting out, remove and replace. 5.
