ELEVATION 1. All concrete shall be 2500 psi compressive strength at 28 days.
2. Reinforcing steel shall conform to ASTM A615,grade 60.
3. Foundations are designed for a maximum soil bearing pressure of
1000 psf.Factor of safety against
overturning is 1.5 for a 90 mph wind gust.
4. Concrete foundation depth for Horizontal Slab must conform to
local codes.Adjust depth of footing to correct depth and lengthen
sill reinforcing as required.
CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
1. Excavate footing to dimensions shown on schedule for type and
model number selected on survey.

Setting Details 2. Tie place and support reinforcing mats as shown on drawing.
3. Form sill to dimensions shown for casting monolithic with footing.
Full size sill template to be furnished by sign manufacturer to
