Recommendation
Accept the improvements to the Swick & Matich Park Concession Stand Renovation Project
(#Z20005) completed by Servpro of Chino/Chino Hills and authorize the City Clerk to record the
Notice of Completion.
Background
The City Council approved a contract to Servpro of Chino/Chino Hills for the work specified in the
above table. All of the work has been completed per the plans for this project. The City has
received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full.
Discussion
This contractor has completed the corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project was allocated under the City’s CIP budget.
