Yu Tagai from the City is took over the RR Cnyn Road and slope easements. I will need to discuss with him and Jason and circle back to you sometime next week. Are we still able to proceed with an ROE agreement for the slope easements? We would like to finalize the Railroad Canyon Road easement and as you know, the one easement requires an appraisal because it exceeds $25,000. Would the City like to utilize the District’s contract to obtain the appraisal and reimburse us for the cost?
