All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or

2. Tentative Parcel Map 33182; The applicant proposes to subdivide a 2.23 acre parcel of
land located at 32920 Kevin Place, into four (4) individual lots and maintain a
remainder lot undisturbed, for the purpose of single-family residential development.
• The applicant has requested additional time to make the necessary and required revisions to
the Tentative Tract Map. Bearing in mind that there have been other delays, staff is
requesting that this item be continued “off-calendar”. Staff will provide subsequent Noticing
when the project is ready for hearing.

pursuant to Chapter(s) 17.82 (Design Review), 17.14 (Residential Development Standards),
17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) and 17.66 (Parking Requirements) and
Chapter 17.76, (Variances), of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).

6. Multiple Species Habitat Conversation Plan (MSHCP), Subdivision Map Act, and
General Plan Conformity Determinations for Requested Donation by Grant Deed to the
City of Lake Elsinore for Approximately 85 Acres of Land within the City of Lake
Elsinore owned by La Strada Partners, LLC.
• The applicant proposes to donate to the City approximately 85.58 acres of land for
wildlife conservation, open space, and right-of-way purposes as part of its development
of Tentative Tract Map No. 32077.
