(Comments limited to 3 minutes). CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for February 7, 2006 PAGE 2 – Planning Commission Agenda – February 21, 2006 PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 2. Variance No. 2005-02 and Minor Design Review for a new 1,681 square foot two- story single-family residence located at 1250 Cole Street, Assessor Parcel Number 373-083-021. • A Variance and Minor Design Review consideration for a new single-family residence pursuant to Chapter(s) 17.82 (Design Review), 17.14 (Residential Development Standards), 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) and 17.66 (Parking Requirements) and Chapter 17.76, (Variances), of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Agustin Resendiz, Associate Planner Ext. 232, aresendiz@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 3. Tentative Parcel Map No. 33164 • In order to provide timely and proper noticing as required by Government Code, Division 1 (Planning and Zoning Law) and the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC), staff is requesting, with the consent of the applicant, that this item be continued to the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on February 21, 2006. CASE PLANNER: Kirt Coury, Planning Consultant Ext. 274, kcoury@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Continue 4. Tentative Parcel Map 33182; The applicant proposes to subdivide a 2.23 acre parcel of land located at 32920 Kevin Place, into four (4) individual lots and maintain a remainder lot undisturbed, for the purpose of single-family residential development. • The applicant has requested additional time to revise the tentative parcel map. Considering this, staff is requesting that this item be continued to the February 21, 2006; Planning Commission Meeting. Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-28 and Industrial Design Review No. 2004-04 for Town and Country Towing, APN 377-120-004. • The applicant requests approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-28 and Industrial Design Review No. 2004-04 for the expansion of an existing “full service” vehicle towing company and the improvement and renovation of the existing pet cemetery.
