CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of October 18, 2005; PAGE 2 – Planning Commission Agenda – October 18, 2005 CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS CONTINUED 2. Minor Design Review of a Single Family Residence located at 16935 Pierrott Avenue, Assessor Parcel Numbers 378-253-0164, 017, 018 and 019 • A Minor Design Review consideration for a single-family residence pursuant to Chapters 17.82 (Design Review), 17.14 (Residential Development Standards), 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) and 17.66 (Parking Requirements) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Agustin Resendiz, Associate Planner Ext. 232, aresendiz@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 3. Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-42 and Industrial Design Review No. 2004-09 for the project know as “Self-Storage Facility” • Request for a Conditional use Permit and Industrial Design Review consideration for the construction of a two-story self service storage facility consisting of approximately 360 total storage units within seven separate buildings. Industrial Design Review No. 2005-03 – Vanderhoek Industrial Buildings, Assessor Parcel Number 377-151-045. • The applicant requests Design Review approval for the design, construction and development of three (3) industrial buildings. Buildings “A” & “B” will be 9,271 square feet, with Building “C” being proposed at 9,718 square feet for a total building area of 28,260 square feet. The application complies with Chapter 17.56 (Limited Manufacturing District), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), Chapter 17.82 (Design Review) and Chapter 17.38 (Non-Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). Lake Elsinore Ford; Commercial Design Review No. 2005-02, Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-06, Variance No. 2005-03, and Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2005-06. • Commercial Design Review No. 2005-02 – The applicant is requesting Design Review consideration for the construction of a 72,298 square foot new automotive dealership and related improvements. Review is pursuant to the applicable Chapters of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). • Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-06 - The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for the establishment and operation of an automotive dealership pursuant to Chapter 17.48 (General Commercial District), Section 17.48.030.F (Uses Subject to a Conditional Use Permit) and Chapter 17.74 (Conditional Use Permits) of the LEMC. • Variance No. 2005-03 – The applicant is requesting a variance for the reduction of parking and landscaping setback requirements along Auto Center Drive and Avenue 12, pursuant to Chapter 17.38 (Non-Residential Development), and Chapter 17.76 (Variances) of the LEMC. • Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2005-06 – The City of Lake Elsinore intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) pursuant to the Guidelines established by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Residential Design Review No. 2005-07 • A Residential Design Review consideration for a manufactured Duplex with (2) attached garages and associated improvements pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), and Chapter 17.14 (Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC) and the Historic Elsinore Architectural Design Standards. Residential Design Review No. 2005-13, for “Weatherly” within the Canyon Hills Specific Plan • The applicant is proposing the following Design Review application within the Canyon Hills Specific Plan area, to include Residential Project No. 2005-13 (Weatherly) proposes building designs for 131 single-family detached residential units, within an area that was subdivided by Tract Map No. 30493. Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-09; for the design and development of Mono-“Faux Boulder” Unmanned Wireless Antenna Facility located on the “Canyon Hills” water tank site. • The applicant requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the design and construction of a Mono-Faux Boulder Unmanned Wireless Antenna Facility and associated improvements located on the Canyon Hills water tank site pursuant to Chapters 17.82 (Design Review), 17.35 (Open Space District), and 17.38 (Non-Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).
