CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of August 2, 2005; PAGE 2 – Planning Commission Agenda – August 16, 2005 CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS CONTINUED 2. Minor Design Review for a single story Single-Family Residence located at 16611 McPherson Avenue (APN: 378-203-057). • Minor Design Review of a 2,165 square foot manufactured single-family residence, with an attached 546 square foot garage for a total building area of 2,729 square feet. The proposed project has been reviewed for compliance with Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.23, (Single-Family Residential District) and Chapter 17.14, (Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). . CASE PLANNER: Agustin Resendiz, Associate Planner Ext. 232, aresendiz@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 3. Minor Design Review of Two Single Family Attached Dwelling Units located at 137 East Prospect Street (APN 373-151-009) • A Minor Design Review consideration for two (2) single-family attached dwelling units and associated improvements pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.14 (Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC) and the Historic Elsinore Architectural Design Standards. Tentative Tract Map No. 31957 • The applicant requests approval for the subdivision of 34.2 acres of land, located in the R-1 Single-Family Residential District into 101 individual lots pursuant to the requirements of Section 16 “Subdivisions” of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code and section(s) 66424 and 66427 of the California Subdivision Map Act (CSMA).
