2. Minor Design Review for a single story Single-Family Residence located at 16611
McPherson Avenue (APN: 378-203-057).
• Minor Design Review of a 2,165 square foot manufactured single-family residence, with an
attached 546 square foot garage for a total building area of 2,729 square feet. The proposed
project has been reviewed for compliance with Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.23,
(Single-Family Residential District) and Chapter 17.14, (Residential Development Standards) of
the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).

3. Minor Design Review of Two Single Family Attached Dwelling Units located at 137 East
Prospect Street (APN 373-151-009)
• A Minor Design Review consideration for two (2) single-family attached dwelling units and
associated improvements pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.14
(Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC) and the
Historic Elsinore Architectural Design Standards.

of the California Subdivision Map Act (CSMA).
