(Comments limited to 3 minutes). CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of June 21, 2005; b. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of July 5, 2005; PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – July 19, 2005 PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 2. Cottage Lane Specific Plan • Staff has met with the applicant to discuss and resolve the identified Planning Commission concerns. Although the applicant agrees to implement a gated access system at the terminus of Ulla Lane if necessary, it is staff’s standing recommendation that the Planning Commission approve the project as presented with no gate. CASE PLANNER: Kirt Coury, Associate Planner Ext. 274, kcoury@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 3. Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-07; and Commercial Design Review No. 2005-05 – Bank of America (Canyon Hills Market Place). • A Conditional Use Permit and Commercial Design Review for the construction of a drive through bank” establishment on Pad “12” of Planning Area 4 of the Canyon Hills Market Place, pursuant to Chapter 8.6 (C-1 : Neighborhood Commercial District) of the Canyon Hills Specific Plan, and Chapter 17.38 (Non-Residential Design Review), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), Chapter 17.74, (Conditional Use Permits) and Chapter 17.82 (Design Review) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Kirt Coury, Associate Planner Ext. 274, kcoury@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 4. Industrial Design Review No. 2004-08 for the project known as “Alesco Sky Park Business Park”. • The applicant is requesting Industrial Design Review consideration for the construction of an Industrial Business Park containing three (3) multi-tenant buildings and associated improvements. The review is pursuant to the East Lake Specific Plan and applicable chapters of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).
