CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Minor Design Review of a Single Family Residence located at 29520 La Shell Street (APN 378-162-033) • Minor Design Review consideration for a single family residence pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), and Chapter 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Monika Hennings, Assistant Planner Ext. 277, mhennings@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 3. Minor Design Review for a Single-Family Residence located at 505 Adobe Avenue, Assessor Parcel Number 377-274-026. • A Minor Design Review consideration for a manufactured Single-Family residence pursuant to Chapters 17.82 (Design Review); Chapter 17.14 (Residential Development Standards); and Chapter 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC); and Historic Elsinore Architectural Design Standards. Design Review for Residential Project No. 2004-20, located between Baum Avenue and Gutkaes Avenue and adjacent to Chaney Street – APN 375-322-008 through 019. • The applicant is requesting Design Review consideration for the construction of six (6) single family residences. Review is pursuant to Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), and Chapter 17.23 (Single Family Residential District); and Chapter 17.14 (Residential Development Standards) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). Tentative Parcel Map No. 32911 “For Condominium Purposes”, and Industrial Design Review No. I 2004-07 for “Collier Avenue Business Park” • Approval of a Tentative Parcel Map “For Condominium Purposes” pursuant to Section 16 “Subdivisions” and Chapter 17.30 Condominium and Condo Conversion) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC) and Section 66424 and 66427 of the California Subdivision Map Act (CSMA). • Industrial Design Review No. I 2004-07. The applicant is requesting Design Review consideration for the construction of a commercial manufacturing condominium business park and related improvements. Review is pursuant to Chapter 17.38 (Non-Residential Development Standards), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements), 17.82 (Design Review) and Chapter 17.54 (Commercial Manufacturing District) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Kirt Coury, Associate Planner Ext. 274, kcoury@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 6. Sign Program No. 2005-01 and Variance No. 2005-02 • Although staff has endured to bring this application forward, there was not enough time to adequately analyze the various impacts related to a proposal of this type. Therefore, with the consent of the applicant, staff is requesting that this item be continued to the April 19, 2005 Planning Commission Meeting.
