CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. NONE PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 1. Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-40 and Design Review for Industrial Project No. I 2004-06 – APN 377-140-019 • Review and approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-40 to allow outdoor storage pursuant to Chapter 17.74 Conditional Use Permit of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – March 15, 2005 • Review and approval of Design Review for an industrial complex consisting of five (5) buildings and associated improvements pursuant to Chapter 17.82 Design Review and Chapter 17.56 M-1, Limited Manufacturing District of the LEMC. Commercial Design Review No. 2004-13 for Abbacy Holding Parcel No. 4 Retail/Office Building. • Commercial Design Review No. 2004-13. The applicant is requesting Design Review consideration for the design and construction of a two (2) story 8,007 square foot retail/office building and associated improvements located @ 31583 Canyon Estates Drive. Review is pursuant to the Neighborhood Commercial/Specific Plan (“C-1/SP”) Zoning District of the Canyon Creek “Summerhill” Specific Plan, Chapter 17.38 (Non-Residential Development Standards), Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements) and Chapter 17.82 (Design Review) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).
