CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of January 4, 2005. PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – January 18, 2005 PUBLIC HEARING 2. General Plan Amendment No. 2004-06, Zone Change No. 2004-07, Tentative Parcel Map No. 32127; Residential Design Review No. 2004-05, Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-14, and Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2004-10 for the “Lakeview Villas”. • Completion of the Joint Project Review (JPR), as required by the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP). • As required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City is obligated to respond to agency comment letters which have been generated by the circulation of Notice of Completion and Intent to Adopt Mitigated Negative Declaration 2004-10. Zone Change No. 2004-10 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-16 (APN 377- 110- 052 and -053). (Continued from November 2, 2004)  Zone Change No. 2004-10. A Zone Change is being requested to bring the zoning of the two parcels into conformance with the General Plan designation. The proposal is to change the Zoning from M-1 (Limited Manufacturing) to C-2 (General Commercial). The review and analysis of the Zone Change is pursuant to Section 17.84 (Amendments) and Chapter 17.92 (Hearings) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).  Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-16. The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a recreational vehicle (RV) sales lot pursuant to Chapter 17.74 (Conditional Use Permits) and Chapter 17.48 (C-2, General Commercial District) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). Tentative Tract Map No. 33191 • The proposed tract map will subdivide the aforementioned .97-acres of residentially zoned land into five separate parcels. Lot No’s. 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be .169 acres (7,380 square feet), and Lot No. 5 will be .192 acres (8,388 square feet).
