CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes a. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of September 07, 2004 b. Regular Planning Commission Minutes of September 21, 2004 PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – October 05, 2004 2. Minor Design Review of two (2) Single Family Residences located at 305 Avenue 5 and 325 Avenue 5. • The residential project consists of a request for approval of the development of two single family residences. Each residence will be constructed on an approximately 4,640 square foot lot. The residence will be a conventionally built 1,290 square foot two story structures with attached 493 square foot two car garages and associated improvements. Review is pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.23, R-1 (Single-Family) Residential District) of the LEMC. CASE PLANNER: Linda Miller, Associate Planner Ext. 275, lmiller@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 3. Minor Design Review for three Single Family Residences at 29950, 29930, and 29910 Reid Street. • The residential project consists of a request for approval of the development of three single family residences. The lot sizes are 6,000 square feet, and two at 5,200 square feet. Each residence is a conventionally built 1,386 square foot one story structure with attached 476 square foot two car garage and associated improvements. Review is pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.23, R-1 (Single-Family) Residential District and Chapter 17.14, Residential Development Standards of the LEMC. Design Review of Residential Project No. 2004-06 for an Apartment Complex located at 1620 Joy Street. • The residential project consists of the expansion of an existing 6 unit apartment complex to a 13 unit apartment complex. Each new apartment is a two story 1,165 square foot unit that will include 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Private outdoor space and a single car garage will also be provided for each unit. Two common recreation areas will be part of the improvements. The review is pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), Chapter 17.23, Chapter 17.14, (Residential Development Standards) and Chapter 17.28, (R-3 High Density Residential) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC).
