CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved on one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes Planning Commission Meeting held on March 02, 2004. RECOMMENDATION: Approval PUBLIC HEARINGS None PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – March 16, 2004 BUSINESS ITEMS 2. Miscellaneous No. 2004-01 Design Review of the Canyon Hills Fire Station. • Miscellaneous Design Review request for a proposed fire station complex to be located within the Canyon Hills Specific Plan area along Railroad Canyon Road. The Miscellaneous Design Review application includes building elevations and floor plans for the proposed fire station, and site and landscaping plans for the entire fire station complex. Sign Program Review 2004-02 for Pasadena Avenue Business Park Industrial No. 2002-02. • The applicant is requesting approval of a Review for a Sign Program 2004-02 for an Industrial Complex pursuant to Condition of Approval No. 24 for Industrial Project No. I 2002-02 while meeting the specification of Chapter 17.94, Sign-Advertising Structures of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC) CASE PLANNER: Linda Miller, Associate Planner Ext. 209, lmiller@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Approval 4. Amendment No. 1 to Residential Design Review No. R 2003-12 for two (2) new duplexes located @ 307 N. Poe Street and 309 N. Poe Street. • The applicant is requesting consideration for an amendment to an originally approved Design Review (R 2003-12). The Review is pursuant to the Lake Elsinore General Plan, the Historic Elsinore Architectural Design Guidelines, and Chapter 17.66 (Parking Requirements) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal (LEMC). Minor Design Review of two manufactured homes for property located at 16376 and 16378 Arnold Avenue. • A Minor Design Review consideration for two manufactured single-family residential dwellings pursuant to Chapters 17.82 (Design Review), 17.14 (Residential Development Standards), 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) and 17.66 (Parking Requirements) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). Minor Design Review of a Single Family Residence located at 16596 Lash Street, APN 378- 243-019 and 020 • A Minor Design Review consideration for a single-family residence pursuant to Chapter 17.82 (Design Review), 17.14 (Residential Development Standards), and 17.23 (R-1 Single Family Residential District) of the Lake Elsinore Municipal; Code (LEMC).
