CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved on one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 1. Minutes Planning Commission Meeting held on February 17, 2004. RECOMMENDATION: Approval PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – March 02, 2004 PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. Variance No. 2004-01 and Industrial Project No. 2003-06, for D& D Cattle, APN 377-151-061. A Design Review request for the construction of six industrial buildings ranging in size from 4,232 square feet to 6,316 for a total of 30,000 square feet pursuant to Chapter 17.54, Commercial Manufacturing District, and a Variance consideration for the reduction of the required building, landscaping and parking setback from 20 feet to 13 feet pursuant to Chapter 17.76, Variances of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). CASE PLANNER: Kirt Coury, Associate Planner Ext. 274, kcoury@lake-elsinore.org RECOMMENDATION: Dismissal of the Variance Approval of Industrial Project 3. Variance No. 2003-06 and Design Review of Residential Project No. 2003-17, for Associated Building & Development Inc. A Design Review consideration for a Residential Project consisting of the construction of twenty nine single family residences pursuant to Chapter 17.82, Design Review and Chapter 17.23, R-1 Single Family Residential District, and a Variance consideration for the reduction in the front, side, and rear yard setback for lots 22, 23, and 26 pursuant to Chapter 17.76 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC). Residential Project No. 2003-19, Design Review of Model Homes and Production Units for Tract Map No. 30492 - KB Homes. • Design Review of 111 single-family detached residential units, including a three-plan model home complex within a portion of Tract Map No. 30492 within the Canyon Hills Specific Plan area.
