CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved on one motion, unless a Commissioner or any members of the public requests separate action on a specific action. 2. Minutes Planning Commission Meeting held on December 16, 2004. RECOMMENDATION: Approval PAGE 2 – PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA – January 20, 2004 PUBLIC HEARINGS 3. General Plan Amendment No. 2003-03, Zone Change No. 2003-02, Tentative Condominium Map No. 31532, Residential Design Review No. 2003-15, CUP No. 2003-08, and Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2004-01 for the “Lake Elsinore City Center Townhomes” Phase II. • Applicant requests approval to amend the General Pan Land Use Map, and change the Zoning for R-1 to R-2. • Applicant requests approval of Tentative Condominium Map 31532, and the Design Review of the construction for ten (10) residential condominium buildings, which include six individual Townhomes. • Applicant requests approval of a CUP to allow for the establishment of 60 individually owned attached condominium Townhomes that will participate in an underlying common area. • City of Lake Elsinore intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to the Guidelines established by the CEQA.
