I have talked with Casey Wall of Novar and he has confirmed our interpretation of open fault on

CO2 Sensor #10. Mr. Wall stated that either the sensor was not properly connected or that it is not properly
functioning. These sensors are being averaged and not connected to one specific unit and thus he cannot
pinpoint which unit is not properly reporting back to Novar. Mr. Wall's educated guess is that the EMS
contractor connected CO2 sensors 1-5 to RTU-13 and CO2 sensors 6-10 to RTU 20. He suggested that you
have the EMS contractor go to the store and review the EP2 panel to detennine which unit is not reporting
properly.
Please let me know when the EMS contractor has corrected the deficiency and I will request
another screen shot output. Once we have the screen shot output showing all units functional I can forward
to the city and copy you a letter stating that all of the CO2 sensors are operational.

John Overlander of Weatherall Heating requested that we provide a letter on our letterhead to the
city stating the CO2 are operational so that they may get a final inspection for the project. Can you provide
us a statement when the CO2 sensors are operational that the system CO2 sensors have been installed and
integrated into your monitoring system to respond to deviations from the CO2 unit's set points.
