This is a request for all graffiti on private property removed by the city of Lake Elsinore graffiti technician for the last 4 years and I would like to see
the invoices from the city of Lake Elsinore to the private property owners during that same 4 year period.
This is the exact information I am looking for:
It's also important to note that when looking at the 2007 ordinance regarding graffiti removal,the city takes action against graffiti on both public and
private property that is within the sight from the public view.
The ordinance goes on to outline that the city shall reach out to private property owners to mitigate graffiti on their property. If private property owners
do not mitigate,then the city would start the process to remediate the graffiti and seek reimbursement from the private property owner.HOAs would
fall under this area.
