Orders issued to GRIFFITH COMPANY to-date for this project,and a copy of the Payment Bond provided to the city by the suretyfor GRIFFITH
COMPANY.We are compelled to make this request due to allegations by GRIFFITH COMPANY that the City of Elsinore is not paying timely.
