Dear Mr. Kirk,
I am one of the managing members of Vista Prime. Our Planning Application 2019-78 is set to be
heard on June 23, 2020 for a 5,369sf cannabis facility located at 31875 Corydon Rd,Ste 140. The
project includes 2,816sf of cultivation, 927sf of dispensary use, and 1,626 of ancillary and support
uses. We are aware of the Motocross track located less than 500'from our proposed project site.
The Motocross facility(and the related potential for dust and noise) does not pose a problem to our
operations. We can assure the City that we are a compatible use and will not in the future bring
complaints about the motocross facility.

My name is Ignacio Figueroa and I am the owner of Lake Auto & Smog, located at 524 N.
Spring St. I am writing to you today regarding the planned opening of the marijuana
dispensary. I heavily object due to the types of people it will bring close to my business. I have
experienced recent vandalism and break-ins done to my building. Opening that dispensary will
only attract more trouble to our area and will hurt my business. Please consider this email and
many other emails opposing that kind of business. Thank you for letting us have our say.
