Also, I took a very quick look at your November 2021 report and see that on the 2nd line in Section 4.4 on page 15 that the word “Watershed” was broken into 2 words. Use Caution. Good morning, Richard. I was contacted by my client at Coastal Commercial Properties this morning regarding the Mission Trail at Lemon project. It is my understanding that the biological study requires updating due to the delay in the LEAP application process. I wanted to check with you to see if a short memo update to the previously prepared biological study would suffice for processing the LEAP application. The proposed memo would document the current site conditions and provide brief updated discussions of project impacts for the purposes of MSHCP compliance. Please let me know if the proposed memo would be adequate. Thank you.
