Attached is the revised report and revised shapefiles. I asked the engineer for the boundary and
impacts shapefiles to ensure accuracy. Everything should be correct now.

The shapefiles will work. Thanks for getting them to me.
One thing though regarding your revised report. In my comments on 2/24/2023, one of the
corrections I asked for was for the discussion regarding Section 6.1.4 Urban/Wildlands Interface
Guidelines also discuss the following topics: Lighting, Noise, Barriers and Grading/Land
Development.
I see that this additional discussion wasn’t added to your revised report. Is this something that you
will be able to add, so I can use it in my consistency report?

Shawn,
I looked at the acreages in the Attribute Table for the Impact Area and the Property Boundary
shapefiles and they match those listed in your February 2023 report (Impact Area = 17.52 acres,
Project Site = 17.67 acres), but not those listed in the March 2023 report (Impact Area = 16.97 acres,
Project Site = 17.67 acres).
As you know, RCA will expect the shapefile and the report acres to match. Would you look into this
and make the appropriate adjustments?
