The California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, collectively, the Wildlife Agencies, received Joint Project
Review 23-04-11-01 (JPR) for the LEAP 2022-03 / Mission Trails at Lemon Project, located in Cell 5131, within the City of Lake Elsinore.
The Wildlife Agencies have reviewed the JPR and have no comment on the RCA’s findings.
