The United States Fish & Wildlife Service acknowledges receipt from the City of Lake Elsinore (City), via the RCA, of Joint Project Review 23-
04-11-01 for the City's Mission Trails at Lemon Development Project (LEAP 2022-03).
JPR received on August 7, 2023. Our review-and-comment period begins on August 8, and will conclude on Monday, August 21.
