Thanks Kevin. We will take a look at flipping the Plan 3. I have a feeling it would necessitate a
complete redesign of that architectural plan, but we will take a look.

This layout is consistent with staff’s request. However, I suggest you flip/reverse the Plan 3 of the 8-plex
to maximize distance between the private street and garage.
As I mentioned during out phone call, I want to restate that we strongly encourage you to begin
community outreach for this project, especially Summerly – we’re aware that there is potential
significant community interest in new development proposals in the project area. It’s important to
conduct outreach as soon as possible to solicit public concerns early in the planning process.

Good Morning Damaris & Kevin,
Please see below email from Vincent and attached exhibit regarding our Mission Trail project.
We are working to incorporate all comments. With the regard to the garages that were facing
the main street, we have turned them inwards towards the cluster as requested. We would like
to keep everything else the same if possible, with regard to the house orientation. We think it
provides for a better street scene with the entrances off of the main street.
Can you please take a look and confirm that you are OK with this approach before we do any
further reconfigurations?

Here you go Brett....
On the 8-plex cluster, we load the plan 3 garage off the Alley.....However, we’d like to keep the front
door of the Plan 3 (8-Plex) facing the Private Street.... but hope to maintain the rear yard on the side
same as the rest of the Cluster...
This way, we will:
· Have more varieties of plans (they don’t all look the same)...
· Don’t have to destroy / completely redo plan 3
· Add interest and activate the street scene
