This layout is consistent with staff’s request. However, I suggest you flip/reverse the Plan 3 of the 8-plex to maximize distance between the private street and garage. As I mentioned during out phone call, I want to restate that we strongly encourage you to begin community outreach for this project, especially Summerly – we’re aware that there is potential significant community interest in new development proposals in the project area. We are working to incorporate all comments. With the regard to the garages that were facing the main street, we have turned them inwards towards the cluster as requested. We would like to keep everything else the same if possible, with regard to the house orientation. We think it provides for a better street scene with the entrances off of the main street. Can you please take a look and confirm that you are OK with this approach before we do any further reconfigurations? On the 8-plex cluster, we load the plan 3 garage off the Alley.....However, we’d like to keep the front door of the Plan 3 (8-Plex) facing the Private Street.... but hope to maintain the rear yard on the side same as the rest of the Cluster...
