This is to notify you that we’ve determined that your re-submitted application referenced above is INCOMPLETE. I’ve attached our determination letter that includes a list of the missing
information and/or documentation which you must submit to complete your application. The letter also contains instructions on how to resubmit your application, and general information
on other anticipated conservation, environmental and regulatory requirements that may affect your project.
