Good afternoon,
I just wanted to let you know no additional information is required to complete your application at
this time. Prior to scheduling a hearing, both the LEAP/JPR process and CEQA review will need to be
completed prior to setting a hearing date for your application. It’s also my understanding that
engineering reports (preliminary hydro, geo, and WQMP as well as traffic/VMT) are in review; these
will all need to be accepted/approved by Engineering Division before CEQA is finalized.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Kevin Beery

Received, thank you. I will contact you if anything else is needed.
Could you advise what the status of your LEAP application is? This and the JPR will need to be
completed before we can wrap up CEQA work.
Sincerely,
