Project Description: A request for a Tentative Tract Map (TTM 2022-01) to create 191 residential condominium
lots, one recreation center lot, and two landscaping lots, in conjunction with Design Review
approval (RDR 2022-02) to construct 191 detached residences ranging in size from 1,323
square feet to 2,146 square feet on a vacant 17.21-acre site.
Project Location: The project site is located on the west side of Mission Trail between Victorian Lane and Corydon
Road.
APNs: 375-050-019, -020, and -032
Transmittal Request: Comments due before November 17, 2022. If no further comments, please prepare
and submit project Conditions of Approval to project planner.
