In order to facilitate review of your application, please indicate the Mixed Use Overlay Development Type(s) under
which you’re applying. As provided in East Lake Specific Plan Table 2‐13, the Mixed Use Overlay provides the following
residential only Development Types:
Attached Multiple‐Family (up to 18 du/ac)
Detached Multiple‐Family (up to 18 du/ac)
Medium Density Detached Single‐Family (up to 14 du/ac)
Low‐Medium Density Detached Single‐Family (up to 6 du/ac)
Please be advised that the requirements which will apply to your project depend on the kind of Development Type
you’re proposing, as shown in Table 2‐13.
