INFORMATION OF DOCUMENTS REQUESTED If document was not mentioned above, provide brief description* I the contractor trying to apply for a solar permit on a mobile home with the HCD. The HCD requires we supply them with the unit's Decal Number, Serial Number/VIN,Manufacture Name/Model Name,Year of Manufacture and Insignia/HUD Label Number. I supplied the HCD with the data I got from the attachment but the HCD says that data doesn't jive with their data. HCD thinks we need a 433A document to obtain this info OR call the city who can provide it to you. I spoke with building/safety,and they said I need to request a public records.
