5 DAY NOTICE

This 5 Day Notice has been issued to the Owner that conditions existing on the
affected property or actions taken by the Owner constitute a violation of the City's
California Building Code.
This 5 Day Notice will be followed by an Administrative Citation if the first "Notice
of Correction" dated September 28, 2022, is not brought into compliance within five
(5) days of receipt of this 5 Day Notice. The fines for an Administrative Citation
are as follows:
• $100 for the 1st offense per violation
• $200 for the 2nd offense if not in compliance per
violation
• $500 for each offense thereafter if still not in
compliance per violation
