Good Afternoon,
This is in reference to the Certified Payroll that was provided to us that are over-redacted.When reading our request letter,only the social security
numbers should be omitted.I have attached our letter stating that the Center is a Labor Management Cooperation Committee.Therefore,only the
social security numbers should be omitted per Labor Code Section 1776(e)and we are requesting the CPRs to be resent to us only obliterating the
social security numbers.
