RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
MAHING OF AMENDED REASSESSMENTS PURSUANT
TO PART 10 OF DIVISION 10 OF THE STREET AND
HIGHWAYS CODE AND DIRECTING ACTIONS WITH
RESPECT THERETO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 93-1
(CANYON HILLS)
WI~EREAS, pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California (the "Bond Law") and Resolution No.
2000-42, adopted by this Council on September 12, 2002, Special Reassessments
were confirmed to pay the costs of the acquisitions and improvements as mare
particularly described in said Resolution. Said Reassessments are set forth on a
Reassessment Diagram and Reassessment Roll, heretofore confirmed by this
Council and filed and recorded with the District Engineer of the City of Lake
Elsinore and the County of Riverside; and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of land designated as Reassessment Numbers
19-5 and 19-6 upon which there are unpaid reassessments against which bonds
have been issued under the Bond Law, have been divided so that they no longer
conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said Reassessment
Diagram;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The District Engineer of the City of Lake Elsinare shall
prepare and cause to be filed with the City Clerk a repart, an Amended
Reassessment Diagram and Amended Reassessment Roll of Reassessment Number
19-5, previously recorded on the 19th day of September 2000 in Book 47, at Pages
79-83, Document No. 2000-367240, segregating and apportioning the unpaid
installments of the original Reassessment in accordance with the benefits to the
several parts of the original parcel. The District Engineer of the City of Lake
Elsinore shall also cause to be filed with the City Clerk a report and an Amended
Reassessment Diagram and Amended Reassessment Roll of Reassessment Number
19-6 previously recarded on the 19th day of September 2000 in Book 47, at Pages

79-83, Document No. 2000-367240, segregating and apportioning the unpaid
installments of the original Reassessment in accordance with the benefits to the
several parts of the original parcel.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10`h day of July, 2007 by
the following vote:
